New titan grills from dunder dan?

Hello all, well I don't have a picture of the new grills yet, but I hope to have some by the weekend. It's more of a patriotic theme with stars on the upper and lower grills. I was going to make a wavey flag on the bottom grill, but we couldn't get the laser cutter to cut it for some reason. How does oval holes sound on a grill? I'm tempted to draw something up but I'm afraid it would cost too much to cut. I just got back from Tulsa and got 16.8 mpg on my 06 which is about 2 mpg better than the 04. I hit 90mph a couple of times, but other than that it was smooth sailing. I need to take some pics of the new truck. I still need to make me some new exhaust tips, trying to light them up again. I redid my sub box and nissmo air intake. Anyhow, here are some pics of the new Altima grills I made.
Later all, dunder dan.

How come no one makes a chrome overlay grille that matches the honeycomb pattern of the originals?

That way air wouldn't be blocked from entering the radiator.

uuummm.... I don't think any aftermaket grills or covers really mess with the cooling ability, I hate the bug catching ability though...

If you're going after the chrome honeycomb look you might want to consider this grill.

Very nice stuffs Dunder, good to see you're branching out to other vehicles.

Re: New titan grills from dunder dan?

Here's some pics of my 06 CC LE. It's kind of dirty, but it's getting to darn cold out to wash it up good. I need to make my lighted custom exhaust tips. I remoded the Nismo air intake box, I still need to powder coat it. I had the flares and engine cover painted red brawn. I'm not happy with the fold-a-cover, I'm going to try and see if they will give me a new one, this one had some issues. I have red neon in the sub box now, turns on with a separate remote. I did a ram air intake through one of the tow hook holes right to the bottom of the intake box. Put a magna flow duals on.
Later all, dunder dan

Re: New titan grills from dunder dan?

Here's a couple of pics of the new slotted grills I'm going to make. If anyone has a request on a custom grill design let me know and I can try and make something. I also made this flame grill with the star in the middle. I can copy and laser cut just about any design.
