My mother always told me that if I didn't have anything nice to say than don't say anything at all, so I'll remain quiet .........dang it, I can't ....that looks rediculous.

Seems like there is alot of air blockage. Imagine pulling an 8000 lb load up a grade with that on.

Sorry, you guys feel that way about the star grill. I'm always looking for new grill ideas. I tried to make a wavey flag for the bottom grill, but it just wouldn't work out. On air flow, that's a good question. I placed all the stars directly over the holes in the grate, so I don't think there's that much restriction, I know I've seen alot worse. I started making custom grills back in 2004 with a simple small hole "denali" grill. Now, I have V, spider, flame, billet, slotted and oval grills for the Titan, Frontier, and Altima's. I've probably sold over 400 sets of grills from one simple design. I'd like to thanks everyone on this site that got me started. This was just suppose to be a "part time" hobby making a couple of sets a week, but now I send out an average of 10 sets a week to be chromed. I do all the powder coating myself and it's not a fun process. I took a old electric oven and moded it, built a 24" extension, rewelded the door on, wrapped the extension in boiler insulation and sheet metal, oh it's a peach all right. I'm all ways open for new ideas or if your looking for that one of a kind look, you can always email at dunder23@hotmail.com and I'll see what I can do. I'm hoping to get the new slotted grill chromed by next weekend, I know this one will look awesome. Thanks to everyone that has bought my grills.
Later all, dunder dan

You have got some really nice grills there Dan. I hope you didn't take offense as this one didn't trip my trigger. The inverse might be more appealing (less chrome) where the stars are chrome (points connect) and the holes are a black mesh. Here is a quick hacked photo.

yeah, don't mean to offend at all, your other grills are freakin' sweet! opinions are like a-holes...
the inverse star effect looks pretty cool too. maybe the original was just too much chrome for me? everyone raves about yer grills...i prolly shoulda bought one as mine doesn't fit the best.
No problem fellas, I really never know how a grill is going to look on the truck until it's cut and chromed. I'll do some messing around with the autocad and try in figure something out.
Later all, dunder dan.
GAY?? Seriously!!! I've designed 9 different grills for the Titan/Armada's, 5 for the frontier/pathfinders and 4 for the altima's. I've sold over 400 sets of grills in the last 2 years!! I've got grills over seas to countries I can't even pronounce. I've got patent rights on all the designs and I'm going to be collecting some nice royalty checks when the patents clear. Putco, lund, grill guys are all copying MY grills designs! I work at a meat packing plant in the R&D department 6 to 7 days a week full time, so I build crap all the time, it sucks. Then I come home check orders and either design some more grills or go out to the shop and polish, weld and repolish grills before they are sent out to be chromed. I do all the powder coating myself. My life is grills for some god dam reason. I don't need someone calling my grills gay!! To each his own, but dam man, keep it to yourself!! If you want to race down the drag strip all night that's your choice, you can't even put a swing arm on! You better call AAA, your tire is going flat, you might need some help. Sorry about that, it slipped out. GAY?? Seriously.
Later all, dunder dan
P.S. If I've made anyone mad, sorry, I'm sick of people slaming my work. I don't need their SH?T!!
I think the inverted stars would look better and maybe even make them different sizes. I noticed the bottom grill the stars are upside down, maybe that would change there mines about the look
