6.5" lift with 18s and 33s

I know there is a million pics on here but I cant seem to find a Titan with that setup. I like a little bit of room in the wheel wells and I dont want to have to cut anything to get tires to fit. So if any of you guys have that setup please post a pic! Thanks!!

Re: 6.5" lift with 18s and 33s

33" tires seem like they would be too small to me. The stock tires are 32.6" so you would only be adding a 1/2" to the tire and 6" to the suspension.

Hope this helps...

Re: 6.5" lift with 18s and 33s

I guess its just personal preference, but i prefer bigger more aggresive tires on a lifted truck, i like the tires to fill the wheel well.

Thanks and yes they are the "offroad package" tires. When I put the new wheels on I had them flipped black wall out. I didn't care for the look of the white letters showing.

I have 25k miles on them now and they are just about worn out. I have some 315/70r17's (34.36") on back-order now just to fill the wheel well a bit more. Just like you I don't want to go really big and have to cut anything. I've done a lot of measuring/research and I think the 34.36" tire should fit perfect with my lift and still leave plenty of room in the wheel well.

depends.... With the way the wheel arches are, you can't run too much bigger of a tire without rubbing on flex. (assuming you don't cut the arches to hell and back.

for a street-queen rig, that's okay... But if you go offroad, flex happens!

Re: 6.5" lift with 18s and 33s

The reason I asked this question was because when I was shopping for a Titan I drove a 4x4 with the 7" CSt lift and when I turned it hard to park it rubbed. The wheels looked to be around 8" wide with 35" tires. I was kinda unimpressed.
