clean truck+new camera=new pics

I spent about 4 hours cleaning a month's worth of crap off my truck and I wanted to try out a buddy's camera I'm thinking of buying.

White balance, color and contrast on the cam are way off. Buy a dif model.

Re: clean truck+new camera=new pics

Thanks, but its silver, which is really the fastest color, lol. The actually pics didn't turn out too bad but I think it could be the settings on my scanner or maybe since I used kodak software and just hit the enhance button before I uploaded them.

I think part of the problem is I checked my scanner and the setting were way off for scanning pics and the other part is I'm not real sure what to set the camera on when I use it. Is there something on the camera I could change to fix it or maybe use a better film?

auto enhance often tweaks colors and contrast and makes pics look weird.

thanks for the tip, I always use auto enhance, don't really know why but just figured it improved it somehow. i'll put the next ones up without using that. my buddy just bought a new digital camera and doesn't want this one anymore and said i could have it for 20 bucks so i figured it would do. it is a nikon n75, is that an ok camera?

I have a digital but I think it is like 2 mega pixels but I was looking at a camera the other day that had like 7 mega pixels or something and it was a cannon, but can't remember the model
