I finally got around to snap a few pics of my new ride! I was waiting to wash it, but it's supposed to rain again here so it's still filthy! It's an LE with black mirror caps and door handles. I'm still not sure which door handles I like better, black or chrome...

looks good! with the chrome you have on the front of the truck, it would look better with chrome handles and side mirrors IMO. or you could swap out the grill/bumper for the black XE parts and look pimp too.

Looks Great! I really like the all black look. I am currently debating changing mine from chrome to black.

Thanks for the comments. I wish the bumper was all black, with just the grill being chrome. IMO, the chrome mirrors and handles look great on a lighter color truck, like silver or white, but on black it just stands out too much for my taste.

Changing out the door handles is SOOOOOOOOOO easy, took less than 15 minutes for all four. You'll need a T30 torx driver, though. Here's the how-to http://**************/phpbb2/viewtopic.php?t=225 (replace "***********" with the other site)

I went anti-chrome with my last 2 trucks, and since there's minimal chrome on most vehicles out there nowadays, I decided to go back...
My '74 Stingray will ALWAYS be chrome free though (it just doesn't suit it IMO)
