ECO fuel enhancement system

I am seriously considering purchasing an ECO 3 system.
They say they can enhance mileage by 10-12% or 1-2 mpg. Anybody beside Tschreck using one of these and what are your results?

Thanks in advance.

Oh btw the dealership just did a 2 degree advance for me (for free!) and my scan guage is showing that this has helped in addition to the extra power (if you can keep your foot out of it).

Re: ECO fuel enhancement system

I looked at the website and got some prices yesterday. It's going to be about 350 shipped for the Titan. I dont doubt it works but 350 is a grip for a fuel mod.

$350 cash mayget you more gas in you tank than the pennies this may save you. Usually fuel saving and performance do NOT go hand in hand. They denied my request everytime i asked to see a graph of before and after to see about performance loss.

Re: ECO fuel enhancement system

that thing is for emmissions. It works to burn cleaner. BUT don't expect to get any MPG gains from it.

Re: ECO fuel enhancement system

Thanks for the feedback. The website and titanclub board are touting the improved mileage aspect through making the fuel burn cleaner and more efficiently.

as with any mod you do that clames to improve mpg... don't expect any improvements or you will be dissapointed. That way if you do get a increase in mpgs you are happy, if not then oh well...

example: tanneaus claim 10% increase, free flowing exhaust clames improvement, free flowing intake... etc... they all may give you some improvement in fuel economy but very little. So don't do the mods to expect better mileage, do them because you like them.

I noticed they said 10-12% inrease or 1-2 mpg. wouldnt that mean they think we are only getting 10-12 mpg now? that doesnt sound right
