I use 88 octane. Iknow its not needed but it makes me feel better.

I use E85. It's 65 cents cheaper than 87 and I really do not notice a difference.

Ok taking it a different direction..... On a stock ECU 87 is fine. You MAY notice a difference in milage though if you use a better BRAND gas (if you useing a cheapo brand now) EX: useing cheveron rather than am/pm or costco gas.

Use 87 octane. Use to use chevron, but in shell on a recent trip to el paso, tx from columbia, sc and found that I got a 2mpg better diffrence. Although the shell i put in was in houston where shell has at least 10% ethanol mixed with its regular unleaded. I don't know if that made a differnce. Also put in some wal mart gas on the last leg of the trip and the truck ran great.
