First of all, people always ask if someone is parting out after an accident...I've seen it a kajillion times on TT. Secondly, my point is the other party's ethnicity has nothing to do with the accident happening.

Lastly, the guy could be here legally, we don't know that.

Thats very unfortunate! But everyone knows that accidents happends, whether it was an illegal or not. You cant blame the mexican, he had a liscence, correct? Here's where we need to blame all the DMV's! well, atleast mine here in South Florida is horrible! they actually have the test in spanish??? which dosent make sense bc all the street signs are in ENGLISH!!! unless of course you go to miami!lol but still i am very sorry to hear of your misfortune!

If these drivers were not here illegally, driving illegally and in a careless manner, those accidents they were involved in would not have occurred.

I've seen this all the time as a police officer, people(illegals) with no licence and no insurance run from the scene, it becoming a common problem here in the states.

are all these vehicles registered illegally too? I know in PA you have to have a licenses (or photo id) insurance, and a lot of other credentials to even own a vehicle... and to get a tag.. I guess PA is tough for a reason.

In some States, it is legal for an illegal immigrant to get a driver's license. Think about that one for a minute.

What is the penalty for getting caught driving without auto insurance? I guess it varies from State to State. I am a firm believer in making the punishment harsh enough for people to not even think about commiting the crime. If you ask me - there should be mandatory jail time for not having auto insurance and driving on a public road. If you are doing so you have the ability to severely injure or kill another and there should be insurance available.

In the case of an illegal immigrant - immediate deportation after the jail sentence is carried out in Maricopa County!

Well, If you are here illegally, we can't legally detain you, can we?

In other words, if you don't belong here, and commit a crime, why do you care about the consequences? Obviously the immigration rules don't apply to you, why should the rest?

My sister was hit head one by a drunk driver. Obviously this woman makes poor life choices and now my sister lives in pain due to it. Can she sue? Sure she can, but for what? The drunk that hit her has nothing, because she's a drunk. Who really wins? The drunk lady that gets 'away' with it?

if your here illegal your intitled to our laws and they have the same consitutional rights as a legal citizen

There immigration status does have to do with this. If they weren't here that accident would never have happened. They aren't allowed to be here.

most illegals that I delt with have no drivers permit, insurance so thats why they run after an accident. I chased one after he was involved in a hit and run, hit a taxi with passengers and took off at a high rate of speed. I chased him for a mile then he stopped, got out and looked at me then back into his car and off we went down a few streets then a alley(dead end which he didnt know) crashed and fled on foot...if I have to get out and chase you your gettin the DC Police Beatdown

yes I cought him and he got what he deserved if you know what I mean

. He was intaxicated, blew a 2.3 had no permit and no insurance.
