Re: ***** ran a red light

I can only assume that you are ok. If so, that's the only thing that matters.
I hope your truck is totaled and you have uninsured motorist coverage so that you can get a new truck.

my wife, was hit by a drunken mexican man with no license and no insurance and he totaled the wife's tacoma double-cab tRD prerunner V6. did he speak english? don't know... he fled the scene on foot! of course with info from his car he was later apprehended.

Re: ***** ran a red light

You can all thank the illegal immigrants for almost all states making it mandatory to have uninsured motorist insurance.

In my area it's not the illegal immigrants that make uninsured motorist insurance mandatory. It is another minority.

Re: ***** ran a red light

ouch....well i guess we can thank our wonderful nonexistent immigration services for that one.....i can only hope that one day an illegal immigrant does something horrible to someone who's trying to protect them and grant them amnesty....then we'll see how badly they fight for the illegal's amnesty after that....

Wow! That does suck. Hope it's not too bad to get fixed... And the fact that you're ok is the best part of this deal. Good luck!

Re: ***** ran a red light

Damn I assume that was a good lick if it did that amount of damage to your truck! Hope you get taken care of either way.

Good luck!!!!

Has it happened to you?

It has to me.

The illegal had no license, had no insurance, his car was a junker and he was going to run until I kept him from being able to until the CHP arrived.

He got a cite for the accident, no license, no insurance. He had another junker the very next day and failed to appear on his cite.

Because he had no insurance I paid my deductible and my insurance paid for the repair. I was lucky I wasn't hurt. As it was, this happened two weeks before I moved. I had to leave my Titan behind for repair and then pay to have it transported out. All of which I paid for out of my pocket for something that was caused by someone who was illegally in this country in the first place.

Odds are that if he had been an "English-speaking whitey", he would have been here legitimately, had a license and insurance and probably wouldn't have been driving like an asshole in the first place.

So what's your point?
