To date, I have backed over two street signs, a LARGE concrete mailbox and a car (was in the lane to go straight, wanted the turn lane, backed up with tailgate down since the Harley was in back of truck).
So, with the new lift, I had an Audiovox Reverse camera and rear-view mirror installed. With installation, it cost around $500 and will save me money from future wrecks! The color monitor screen is 4 inches. You can hit #1 to have it on at all times or turn it to "reverse only" mode. A speaker is included that gives you live feed from outside your truck (versus a beeping noise)
damn thats sweet. but did you have to get rid of your homelink mirror first? im guessing you had it...

I almost bought one of those mirrors a couple of weeks ago but decided not to because the actual mirror part seemed too dark for night use. It works good as a monitor but how does it work as a mirror?
Sounds like you may need to trade your Titan in for a car, or a small suv. Nice lookin truck though!
Not bad for a lady?!, no, I would not say you did too bad! I am working on a condo-project on 192 in Kissimme. Mile marker 12, 4 miles from Disney. Saratoga Resort Villas. Plan to do some hunting of hogs out there soon. We have deer on our property as well, but will be waiting for season. Nice trucks!!

The full-size, back-up mirror fits right over your homelink mirror. you will need a hand-touch garage opener, due to your buttons getting covered up. if you have the compass on your homelink mirror, you will lose that too. But, it is completely worth it!

I have no problem with the mirror part, at all. In fact, I have 5% limo tint on all windows and still see fine through the mirror part. Keep in mind that if you want the screen on during driving, simply touch a button. I have had it for a couple weeks now and cannot believe how I backed up without it! Precise, accurate.
