Re: Sunk my truck in a pit

cool pics... looks like that CST lift helped out a bit in keeping the majority of your ride above water... I mean mud... glad to see you were able to recover it without too much damage...

Aren't you the same guy that towed a guy on a wakeboard with the Titan?

Great pics.

Re: Sunk my truck in a pit

I know it's dried out but you need to get some of the damp-rid in put in your truck for a while. It will get the unseen moisture out. Then when you padding starts to smell , replace it. Been there done that and will more than likely do it again.

Looks like fun though. I have been in that position more than once, on both ends of the rope.

Damp-rid? Do they sell that at auto-zone?

Re: Sunk my truck in a pit

Just leave the doors open on a windy day and they'll dry up fine. Nothing to worry about, I've got no stink in my truck (besides me).

there is no F-150 but the F-350 in the one picture looks pretty badass IMO besides the stickers and tail light guards...

Actually I shoulda put FORD, but yea.. I'm shocked because it usually turns into bashing sessions. And yes, that truck looks pretty sick minus the ricey overboard shlt like you mentioned.

Re: Sunk my truck in a pit

You might as well buy a mud truck, you're going to spend the same amount of money on repairs to the Titan a little while down the road. And atleast you'd still have a nice Daily Driver, and you'd be able to get some money back out of it when you sold it because it wouldn't be all beat up.
