DD564's Galaxy SE CC - being discussed at Nissan Titan Forums in the Titan Pictures & Media Post section.
LOOKS GREAT! How was your dealer experience with KILNE Nissan? what did you pay?
Kline was good. I did a lot of shopping, and walked away from a couple deals before I bought. After I bought they said I shouldn't tell anyone the price because I got a "really good deal, and that I shouldn't tell anyone because they couldn't do that for everyone". <wink wink>
A couple things I did to maybe helped the price... I waited until it was -20 F outside.
Prior to coming I told the dealer I was going to be buying today or tomorrow, and that I already had two good deals lined up giving him a ballpark.
Then I got to the dealer 5 minutes before closing on a Friday night. My salesguy already had his jacket on to go home.
I was very straight forward with the truck I wanted that I saw they had just received on there lot. (Search Nissan to find the exact truck you want. I just noticed that this truck arrived. Dealer said it arrived the day before. It had 3.0 miles on it.)
I also waited until the "end of the month".
I think all of these things, along with telling them the number they needed to be at in no uncertain terms helped eliminate some of the bs of the negotiating.
My salesguy was great. He was direct, and to the point. We were able to deal pretty quickly with him only having to ask his manager twice.
How was your drive home in the snow? Did you use your 4X4 at all? Or was the VDC adequate? For as much snow as we get here I want to be sure it handles well when it finally comes in.

Glad to hear you're happy with your deal and your SWEET ride! Question, I have heard that when you buy from Kline Nissan you receive a 10yr 300,000ml. powertrain warranty with your truck for free, Is this true?

I did not hear of the free warranty. No mention of it.
To answer a previous question, I didn't notice until I was halfway home, that they had it in 4wd. Been driving around on barely snowed on roads that are slippery with just the 2wd on. Seems very good. I think the crew cab puts a little more weight on the back tires to help out.
Only a couple times did I notice the "SLIP" light go on while pulling on the highway with a little spin. Not sure if this "SLIP" is a sort of traction control to switch power to the non-slipping rear wheel, or if it's just a light to tell me I am slipping.

GIVE them a call! I have herd they advertise it on TV. I think you have to do all your service with then to to get it. Zero Dee-Duck-to boot! I"m told. GREAT TRUCK!
dd564, she's a beauty alright... My first choice for a color even though it shows every spec of dirt. If everything goes right I'll be ordering my black CC this week.

I figure other vehicles well get dirty just as fast, but this will show the dirt better, so I'll have to get it cleaned sooner. Is that so bad, driving a clean vehicle rather than one that doesn't show a little dirt?
Right dd564. I've always have people asking me "why get black? it hot, it gets dirty fast...". I don't care. It's the color I like and I think almost all vehicles look great in it.
