Tailgate will not close

my local Nisssan dealer service manager order a new lock for my Titan's tailgate four weeks ago, but it's still not here.

i believe some one else had this problem and there is a simple fix for it...search the forum

Took 5 weeks for my warranty parts to arrive. Apparently production comes first, parts second right now.
