Nissan of Gallatin-kinda unhappy with titan

So my titan has been having several problems lately and it seems like all the gallatin Nissan dealership wants to do is turn me down blaming it on my lift kit. Im going to make a very large list of everything wrong with my truck and bring it to them again and see how that goes. The door handles on the rear doors of the KC have to be opened 2 or 3 times before the door will open. You have to pull on it then release then pull again and sometimes a third time before it will open.

Then whenever I hit a certain RPM level under acceleration behind the dash there is a very loud fast vibrating sound kinda like a phone vibrating in there. Not sure what would be causing that because I cant find anything loose in there.

My rear sliding window does not have a tight seel and I can hear it vibrating as I'm going down the road.

My seats have very excessive shaking as well as my steering wheel and the entire truck all the time especially when I hit certain speeds.

My A arm bushings are worn out and I think they are the cause of some popping sounds in the front of the truck, however that could be to blame from the lift kit but the guy wouldnt even look at it he just told me they wouldnt fix it because I had altered the suspension.

I think there are a few more things messed up as well and im at almost 32,000 miles so i need to get it in soon because it runs out at 36,000 miles if i'm not mistaken.

Anybody else in the Lebanon, TN area had any problems with their service department? They have done good up until I mentioned the a arm bushings and i havent even told them all this other stuff yet but I will sometime in the next week or so. If they wont work on it I will either take it Nissan of Cool Springs and see if they will, or if all else fails I will drive down to Alabama to Moultrie Nissan and Toyota where we got the truck because he is a good friend of my family and i know I could count on him to get it fixed but thats a last resort since I would rather just get it done here and I dont want to have to bother him with it unless they wont fix it.

I would try Nissan of Rivergate if I were you. There are two more dealers in the Nashville metro but that looks like a bit of a drive. From my experience with a dealership here, I won't send my business to anyone who wants to blame warranty work on the lift because that's just an early sign of other arguments to follow.

Re: Nissan of Gallatin-kinda unhappy with titan

i hope it all works out. i had a rear axle seal leak, badly. i took it to one dealer and they said no garrantee warranty will cover it because of the lift. i took it back and told them about the forums and that this issue is very comon lift or no lift. they told me to bring it in and the replace my whole rear end under warranty.
