Follow-up to First Service

After taking the truck in Friday to the dealer for the first oil change and the punch list of minor issues, I received a call on Monday from the Dealer/Service Department. The caller asked a series of questions, essentially: was I happy with the work, were there any problems, was everything explained to me, was I happy with my "advisor".

When I mentioned that I thought $25 was a bit steep for an oil change when I have to leave the truck she asked some additional questions and I presume took notes.

I continue to be pleased with my purchase.
