Lightbulb Buzzing near defog vents

If anyone has experienced a buzzing sound coming from beneath the solid 4’ long dash defog vent assembly there is an easy fix for this problem.
Use a flat screwdriver placing it between the dashboard and the front of the defog vent assembly. Gently twist the screwdriver thus causing the mental clips on the defog assembly to be popped from the dashboard. Pull the vent assembly from the dash. You will see three screws that hold the dashboard assembly to the firewall. Remove the three screws, one at a time and place a piece of felt or foam between the dash assembly at the screw hole and the firewall. Replace the screws and vent assembly. The buzzing should be history. OH yeah, the dash assembly fits tight against the firewall, placing the felt or foam between them can be time consuming.
