as you can see from other posts, other dealership will provide an almost night/day result. I'm sure there is another dealer close by to use.

Dealership: Premier Nissan of Metairie
Location: Metairie, Louisiana ('burb of New Orleans)
Experience: Purchase was excellent, service department is great. Immediately after my purchase I had a water leak that could not be found and I was extremely unhappy, but persistence paid off and the leak was found (not A/C). After leak issue was fixed, the service dept. can not be more helpful. Definitely suggest their service dept. to anyone.

Has anyone had a positive Nissan Service experience in Southern California? I've been to 3 dealerships and am totally frustrated. As a sidenote, I also have a Lexus and Mercedes. Nissan is not even close to the services levels I am used to. The only thing I expect from a dealer is that when I tell them about a problem, they actually take 60 seconds to listen and actually take me seriously. All 3 Nissan Service departments have actually blown me off like I'm an idiot.
Worked with me on price, was in negative equity on my 02 Tundra. Still was able to payoff my truck fully without absolving in the new loan and give me a fair price under MSRP on Titan. Had to register vehicle in NY and they sent a runner with me on the 5 hour round trip to register (MA doesn't do temp plates). Located vehicle, unfortunately the vehicle I wanted didn't exsist with-in a 800 mile radius, had to settle.

Saleperson: Lenny
Purchase Experience - Excellent
I told them what I'd pay for the truck I wanted to buy and they did the deal for me. I went from Lenny's desk and through the paperwork office in less than 30 min. Took about 2hrs for them to detail my truck and have it ready.
Seriously was the the best vehicle-buying experience I've ever had
Dealership: Beaverton Nissan
Location: Beaverton, OR
Salesman:Anthony
Sales Manager Mike
Experience: Bad...Think this dealership is bunch of crooks. Will be posting my Nissan survey with comments for all to view shortly.
Man you are only 2.5 hours away from us, did Beaverton beat our $500 UNDER offer?
HELL NO!!! Helping make this perfectly clear for all...only buy from Beaverton Nissan in Oregon if you wanna get ripped off and want to waste many hours bickering.
Really wish I had know about you before I bought mine thats for sure. I am helping spread the word about you now though!!!
I will without a doubt be making my next purchase through you.
I had two buying experiences actually. One was a "done deal" via email and phone, but changed when I went in to do the paperwork. The other got done via the net and stayed done.
1. Dealership: Gainesville Nissan
Location: Gainesville Florida
Salesman: Bud
Salesmanager: Wayne
Experience: Horrible. Dishonest sales tactics by Wayne. I think Bud was a newer salesman and he really did know the truck inside and out, was likeable and seemed honest. But he allowed Wayne to take an in writing (email) deal and try and change the numbers (and make us sit for 2 hours ****ering over the new numbers) once we were in the dealership. I'm putting together a small novel about the way Wayne tried to jack up the price on us dishonestly. I haven't posted it yet, but will leave a link when I'm done.
We did not buy from this dealership. Walked out and stayed out despite Wayne chasing us and phone calls.
2. Dealership: Pat Fischer Nissan
Location: Titusville Florida
Salesman: John Meredith
Experience: Excellent. John was very good about returning emails and respected my no phone call request until I called him and asked for us to complete the deal. He offered to drive the truck up to us in Gainesville (but we chose to go there for a trip to the beach). I thought we had found another dishonest salesman when we went in and he said, "Oh yeah I found out the truck has Flowmasters on it after we talked", but he didn't even try to charge us more for them..he rather offered to put a stock exhaust back on if we wanted or throw them into the deal. Then after we had completed all the paperwork the dealership threw in a set of floormats that hadn't been part of the original deal.
Don't know the rules for posting salesmen's emails and contact info, but if you're interested in contacting John let me know and I'll give you his email address and phone number.

not alot of 2x4 in the northwest
THANKS TO ALL THREE!! there are are alot of F----- up dealers out there but these three are good... SERVICE YET TO BE DETERMINED!!!
I work @ Connell. I used to work in the Internet Deparment, but now i am the Inventory Controller. I can tell you that I've worked at a lot of dealerships in my short time in the business (6 years in sept.), and Connell has some of the best practices I've seen. Sure, we are still a car dealership, and problems/disagreements with customers occur, but anyone looking to get a straight-forward, honest & easy car-buying experience should definitely check us out. I'm not in sales anymore, so this isn't a shameless plug for my own pocket book.
If you're still researching the Titan, and live anywhere near the southern california area, give me a call. I'll hook you up with one of the internet managers, (or maybe even my mom, who is the Fleet & Internet Director).

Dealership: Nissan of Slidell
Location: Slidell, LA
Salesman: Wilton (new on the lot by a week, knew NOTHING about the truck, had to "find out" the answer to everything, thereby taking longer to buy my truck)
Experience:POOR, POOR and POOR. The dealership screwed us and lied to us about the ability to refinance the truck in January. We opted for $1,500 cash back and no payment until January, so got a little higher (5.99%) interest rate. Was told to come back in January to refinance for approximately 3.2% or 3.4%. In December, we called to check into it. They said they "forgot" about the rule if you refinance through the dealer (which we have to in able to get the lower interest rate) we'd have to pay taxes AGAIN on my truck. All the other dealers said this was not true, but Nissan of Slidell SWEARS by it. SOOOO, my fiancee' called the taxation revenue department for the state and they said if you do NOT retitle a vehicle, NO taxes will be due again. They have since opened an investigation against this dealership. I had to hire an attorney in order to try to make them keep their end of the deal. The owner, Alan Krake, screamed at me! After this investigation is over, I think I might make the 60 minute trip there and picket their dealership. Revenge is sweet!
