Re: Dealer/Salesman thread...

Purchased at Elk Grove Nissan, Elk Grove Ca.
Mike was sales manager.
He caused horrible expierence, still being affected by it.
Issues: deal included installed bed extender; installed and active XM Radio; step rails.
The bed extender was a deal breaker.
I was on my way home [had another exact Titan in So. Ca. for $1,000 less]. Was going thre to pick up that Titan, one I'd driven and everything was good.
Mike relented, said he"d install bed extender while paper work was processed. He lied, he simply put a box contaiinng the bed extender into the bed of the truck. The XM was not activated.
Turned out they used the 2005 XM install which does not work on a 2006. Biggest issue was - is the power folding - dim side mirrors.
All my research on internet indicates tow packages includes these side mirrors. But, Excluded from mine. Issue is the garage is too narrow to allow enter-exit unless side mirrors folded.

Saleperson(s): Angela,Jason,Edgar,Juan,Tim
Non Purchase Experience - sucked...

not only could 5 peps not close the deal - but they would not budge off invoice for a NOS 8 mo old 2005 CC SE 4x4 - and wanted to offer me only 12K for my 2005 Fronty Nismo CC

don't go there!

Sales Manager Keith
Owners Son Brad
Salesman Mike C.

I have purchase many Nissans from this Dealership. They treat you great. These are the only people I deal with here. I have purcahsed several vehciles from them and they know me and remember me well. I can call them and tell them what I want and they will have the vehcile cleaned and up front waiting on me. They are awsome. I live 5 minutes from one Nissan Dealership and I trave 2 hours to deal with these guys. I don't want to slander the Dealership that I live by, but they feel like if you don't purchase your vehcile from them you don't mean a thing. I am just a Nissan Stat concerning that. If you in Louisiana give Royal Nissan a shot at your new Titan or any Nissan purcahse. They will give you the ROYAL TREATMENT.

Where do you live in Louisiana, I live near Houma, and I have bought my last 3 vehicles from Greg Leblanc Nissan in Houma. I have no complaints, and the sales man Greg Rogers is great and has my business for as long as he sales cars.

Thumbs up Re: Dealer/Salesman thread...

POUGHKEEPSIE NISSAN, WAPPINGERS FALLS, NY

JIMMY C.- Salesperson

What a gentleman, a real sweetheartheart. There was no pressure and was an absolute pleasure to deal with. I got a great price for my F-350 ( a hell of lot more than ford would offer) and he took alot of the truck. The whole experience was a shock(too easy). Oh well, maybe they'll change.....lol

Well let me start out by saying my salesman was above average. He matched a price of a dealer that is slightly further away from me. Then the next day I get a call from the "sales manager". He asks me if I need anything. I told him the price I was quoted and asked about the cost of some additional options. Instead of giving me the information he spent our phone conversation questioning the price I was quoted. The next day I spoke to the salesman. He said he was told the lowest they could go was $1000 higher than the other dealership. I would be very leary of this place because they seem more interested in finding the next sucker than getting business from some one who lives less than one mile from their dealership.

L.S. Mustifa - Salesman
Stone Mountain Nissan
Atlanta, GA
Experience: Good buying experience

I moved from Georgia a month after I bought the truck, and finally moved back 2 years later. So I plan on heading back to my original dealer for any repair/service work and checking out the new stuff on the floor.

Other dealerships I had good experiences with the Titan in places where I've lived:

Crown Nissan
St Petersburg, FL

Superior Nissan
Charlotte, NC

Re: Dealer/Salesman thread...

Dealer/location: Don Davis Nissan, Arlington TX
Saleperson: James
Purchase Experience - Good

Comments:
Got a good deal but both myself and my salesman had to work for it. Take your time with this dealership and know what your doing in advance. A good salesman like James will work on your behalf. Things really went to **** in the finance department so I went elsewhere and beat their financing considerably and unlike other dealerships they didn't seem interested in doing better which they usually can. They seem to do whats easy instead of trying to get you the best rate they can. Overal it was a rather frustrating experience but after visiting every other dealership in a 20 mile radius they got my business so that says a lot about the deal and service they ultimately gave me.

On a side note I also visited the parts department and had a great experience.
