City State: Bradenton, FL
Salesman: Kenny Obney (actually a saleman for Firkins Jeep)
Experience: Good

To make a long story short I found the Galaxy Armada LE 4x4 on the internet and called them up and bought it sight unseen. Was a Demo and got it for $6K back of retail and with 1.9% Financing. Salesman was awesome, rest of the dealership staff left a lot to be desired especially the jackass in finance. I also do not like the fact that in FL the dealer has to do all your tag work for you. 2 weeks later and still no tag. I could have had it in an hour if they would have let me do it.

I live 10 miles from the plant in Canton, MS and got a better deal in FL than I could in my home town of Jackson, MS using Nissan's VPP pricing. A Frequent flyer ticket, frequent hotel stay night, and a tank of gas later I was home with my new Armada.

Santa Barbara Nissan (in Goleta really)

Name: Santa Barbara Nissan
Sales: Steve, Josh, or Simon (sls Manager)
Experience: Absolutely Wonderful.

I have never seen a dealership operated in such an open manner. I don't know how these guys are paid but they all chipped in to help me out. Full tour the first visit sold me on the truck but they have the rest of the equation also.

Didn't have what I wanted on the lot so they went elsewhere to get the truck and gave me a great deal as well. These guys are worth driving a few miles to deal with. Forget Oxnard (typical sales, jeering salesmen, high pressure) or Santa Maria (ya we can do anything, get anything, and give you the best price anywhere to get you to the dealership so they can work you over).

Visited the service dept to see how the trucks were holding up. They gave me full access to the mechanics and I learned a lot.

- Brakes
- Windows getting stuck
- Radio
- Misaligned rear doors
- They are on top of all of these

Name: John Elway Nissan
Sales: Kevin (internet sales)
City: Denver, CO
Experience: Great!

I did almost all of it over the internet. I told him what I was looking for, he replied back with the closest match he had. I asked what was his best price and when I looked it up it was invoice minus the $1000 rebate. I visited, test drove, and purchased all in one day.

But, this was not the first place I visited. The first place was...
Name: Woodman Nissan
City: Colorado Springs, CO
Experience: Sucked!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

They use the old high pressure sales tactics. My first visit, I told them I just wanted to take a quick look because I had my family with me. The saleman was nice (new to the place) but, all his co workers and mainly his sales manager were fake nice a-holes. They were trying to use all the pressure techniques on me. I even raised the BS flag to try and stop it. In the end I told them to lay off that this is not the first time I've bought a vehicle and if it happened again the next time I came by I would leave and never return. They backed off. I am a very, very busy person. So busy that it was hard to find enough time to be able to get to a dealership at all. They almost had what I wanted minus the tow package. They said they could add that on afterwards. Over the phone, I said give me your best price. No, they said you have to come in. I don't have the time to keep wasting. If your price is the best then I will come in and purchase. When I finaly went in, after a lot of haggling and almost arguing they were at about $1200 over invoice. Then, I raise the BS flag. Although I think it is possible to add on the tow package, it is not resonable to add and change out all those features. And, they were back to the high pressure stuff again. I left never to return.

I don't recommend this dealership to anyone. Unfortunately for me it is the nearest to my house. Now, I will have to travel a little distance to have anything done.

Went to StevensCreek(Joke) then went south to Gilroy and Paul tried to bend me over what a rip off thoose guys are. Stay out of Gilroy if you like your cornhole in tact thoose guys are sharks beyond sharks. Went to Salinas and couldn't be happier gave me 4k more for my trade than the best offer ealsewhere and sold to me for 500 over invoice. Talk to Fernado Munoz and tell him Brian form Three Pines(hollister)sent you, but beware of his english. But I have to say out of the 7 new cars we have bought in the last 5 years this was the best yet.

I had a blast buying my truck! I had done my homework (and drooling!) for over 2 months; knew what my trade was worth ('02 GMC Sierra Ext Cab, only 23K), knew the invoice on the Titan, and what difference I was going to pay. I drove to Jackson (from Nashville area) just to "look" at the truck, and came home in it after only 2 hours at the dealership. Great experience, great salesman, GREAT TRUCK!

Dealership: Gray-Daniels Nissan South, Jackson, MS
Salesman: Anthony Chapman
Experience: The absolute best I've seen!!

Unable to find my truck in Texas and Louisiana, while visiting my sister near Jackson, MS, I decided to give Gray Daniels Nissan a try. Hooked up with Anthony via their internet site and he promised me if I made the trip, he would find my truck. When I arrived in Jackson, I worked with Anthony and he spent several hours trying to find a white 4x4 SE KC, Popular Pkg, BT, and Utility Bed, but was unable to find all of the exact options I wanted, but did get close. I wasn't happy with what he found, so he offered to sell me a white 4x4 LE with platinum leather, BT, factory bedliner, RP stereo, utility bed, step rails, pin stripes, etc. for $28,900 (invoice close to $30,500), and only a few hundred dollars over the price of the SE I was wanting. Gray Daniels ended up sending a driver to Hot Springs, Arkansas to pick up the truck at 8pm on a Friday night. Had it in Jackson, serviced and ready to go by 3pm Saturday. Other than having 275 miles on it when I picked it up, it was perfect. What a great guy- I'd recommend Anthony and Gray Daniels Nissan South to all interested Nissan buyers in the Jackson, MS area.

I was planning on buying the following week, but ended up coming home with the Titan -- a week early. I already had done my homework on the big three, toyota and nissan. After looking at the toyota, chevy and test driving the F-150 and Dodge Hemi, the Titan felt the best for me.

They didn't pressure me or play any games. I told them I wanted to do some more research to double check the price. They said they would let me use their computer if I would like. I logged on to carsdirect.com and selected the packages/options my truck had based on the invoice and window sticker. The carsdirect results exactly matched their invoice. I then went onto edmunds.com and appraised my trade - 96 ranger. Told them I wanted that trade in allowance. They came back with a number a little lower and I told them no. They gave me that allowance. I considered this pretty good since I did not have the truck with me for them to check out. I actually brought it in a few days later. I ended up paying the invoice price and getting the low APR financing instead of the rebate.

However, they did cause me some grief. I purchased the optional alarm and the security guy did not set it up to work with my remote. At 6:45 the next morning, Sunday, the alarm went off when I opened the door. The neighbors were not happy since I did not know how to shut it off. It finally went off a few minutes after I shut the door. I was not able to call anybody for help since it was Sunday and was held hostage by the alarm. I took my trade in the next day and calmly explained the dilema they put me in. They were very concerned and upset over this. They offered to tow my vehicle in or send somebody out right then. I had to go to work, but the alarm guy told me how to temporarily disable it. That night I called the dealership to tell them I was able to disable it and they didn't need to send anybody out. John, the sales manager, apologized profusely and said he thanked me for not getting mad and I deserved some compensation. They gave me a custom dash mat, and 6 free oil changes, plus they will give me the extended warranty and some aftermarket goodies at cost.

All in all this was the most pleasant purchasing experience I have had. If their service department is as good as the sales department, they might just have a customer for life.

Forgot to add they also gave me a certificate for a free 1000 mile inspection and a certificate for an unlimited number of truck washes for 30 days.

Thumbs up Dealer/Salesman

Dealer: Orland Park Nissan, Orland Park, Illinois
Salesman: Vito

Vito was an excellent salesperson. Very helpful and professional. I got the special internet pricing which was $300.00 below dealer invoice and the $1000.00 rebate and very good financing rate through Nissan. As far as dealership, I take it in next week for first oil change and check. Will update.

Dealer: Covenant Nissan, Paducah, KY

Salesman: Walt

Very good experience, not the best price ever. However, I'm in a business where I need to do business with local people. I am very happy with the deal, like I said, not the best price ever, but very good considering my trade...

Going in for service today, service manager seemed like a really good guy, I'll update later...

E-Mail me with any other questions.

Experience: OK, The guys at the desk were very rude. But Salesman was very Good.

Really the problem was me. After 6 Hours of back and forth on price for a 4X4, they talked me into a 2WD. I guess cause I wanted it so bad I gave in. So My impatience has led me to regret the buy. The truck is awsome but I really wish I would have held out for a 4X4. OH WELL. I have sense moved to Indiana and the Dealership here is really helpfull bout fixing all the problems. So Ill suck it up and not give in next time.
