Knocking Noise in front

I have a 2005 Titan LE, Off Road Package. When I go over big bumps or railroad tracks it makes a knocking noise in the right front and sometimes in the left front. The dealership had the truck for a week and they said they got the problem fixed. I heard the noise again this morning. I was wondering if anyone here has had the same problem and if that is normal with the off road package.

Would you say it happens on downward travel of the shocks?

I will have to really pay attention when I go out to be for sure. It sounds like its bottoming out if that makes any sense. and thanks for responding.
