Anchorage Alaska: Continental Nissan: formally Pacific Nissan: Arguably the worst case of poor service that i have ever seen. Rear diff explodes into fragments so i have it towed to the lot, 3days later i call them they have not even looked at the truck. I ask for a loaner and am told that "Giving a loaner is against Nissan policy " of coarse they later deny saying this, go figure. After calls to Nissan corp. and to the owner of the dealership i get a call and behold a loaner is ready for me to pick up!! Now it has been 24 days and still no phone contact from anyone at Continental Nissan. I have called them 2 times but not one call from the service manager who i think personaly is a joke. So today i call and i am told that the parts are on back order and they do not know when i can expect to see my truck. Somebody please tell me that i should expect better treatment than that. Please
Hey man, I hear ya! My 08.5, they treat you like a KING when you first purchase it. I even bought their Silver + protection program for it.. I had mentioned the problem with the fuel gauge, IE it is not correct ever, and they had not heard anything.. I get on here, an find a TSB!!! I added a lot to my new effin truck, and don't get me wrong, I love it! BUT! We should receive better treatment! Sounds like you have had worse problems than me though, I hope not to expect it anytime soon! And I am a Slope worker, so it gets NO MILES, just hit 5000 the other day, I did cry a little, now I don't want to ball out my eyes wondering what else is gonna go wrong!!!!!! lmao.

Experience :Exellent
Extended warranty work performed with no flack or third degree, just a very nice bunch of people. 91.5K miles on the Titan, (so past the 8yr/80k mile Fed emissions warranty), and I could hear an exhaust leak, (even with the engine warm) ... both exhaust manifolds were cracked and replaced.
Also asked them to check motor/tranny mounts ... left and right motor mounts and transmission mount replaced. They also checked on the condenser fan recall but o.k., and I asked them to do the TSB for the aux fan vibration ... it was very loud. The rear steel differential cover was leaking again, (different dealership had sealed it twice). Replaced with a new aluminum finned cover, said Nissan was having a "campaign" for the new style.
Using an on-line Nissan parts place, total parts including gaskets, nuts, fluids, and a previously replaced radiator, $1820 in parts. Labor would likely be at least this much too ... idk. So the 6yr/100k mile, Gold Preferred warranty has more than paid for itself. I actually have Shingle Springs Nissan to thank for it as well, because I bought my Titan from them and the finance guy made a good case for purchasing it.
Well worth the trip up the hill for excellent customer service. They have restored my faith in Nissan.
Power Nissan in Chandler, AZ-EXCELLENT
Jason Schumacher is the sh!t.
I took my truck into riverview nissan an hated them, totally against aftermarket mods and said if I had any they wouldnt warranty anything on my truck, so I took my T to Power Nissan an they're all about mods and encourage them. I love it. I highly recommend Power Nissan and Jason Schumacher. I only had some minor interior issues

Brought the truck in the next day after I drove it home. I wanted them to fix some problems with the truck. There was noise coming from under the truck that sounded like a horse galloping down the street, the radio would not go past 10% volume without distorting horribly, there was no back-up assist sensor kit installed in the cab, but the bumper had the sensors. The black plastic from the wheel wells was missing screws and the truck was out of alignment.
It took two visits (1st visit they fixed the radio) and about 8-10 hours of waiting for the truck to be ready for them to fix the radio, tell me the sensors were not installed so don't expect to hear any beeps and "even though the sales guy who just sold you the car said it has sensors it doesn't so you can buy the kit for $400", put the truck back in alignment (which required rotating the tires), and put a few screws in the fender plastic. They never found the cause of the galloping horse noise. Much later when I went to put on Bilstein 5100's the mechanic at another shop found a loose rear shock mounting bolt. The whole rear shock was wobbling around back there.
I was surprised that the truck was even sold in this condition. They said that they sell so much volume that it is easy for them to miss problems with their vehicles. So much for "Nissan Certified Pre-owned". Don't buy from or get your car/truck serviced here.

I have an 08 Titan. Lifted with big wheels and tires.
I had a leaf spring issue which was fixed under warranty.
I had a rear diff pinion seal issue which was fixed under warranty.
I had a rear diff failure which was fixed under warranty. I don't know if it's my imagination, or just wishful thinking, but the new rear axle, seems much beefier. Seems like there is more to it then the original.
Cindy at Rob Doll has been very helpful with these issues. Problems are diagnosed fast and repaired in no time flat. No discussion on weather or not the lift and wheels are causing the issues. She just hammers out the orders and gets my truck done.
I couldn't be happier with the service provided there.
You cannot legislate the poor into prosperity by legislating the wealthy out of prosperity. What one person receives without working for, another person must work for without receiving. The government cannot give to anybody anything that the government does not first take from somebody else. When half of the people get the idea that they do not have to work because the other half is going to take care of them, and when the other half gets the idea that it does no good to work because somebody else is going to get what they work for, that my dear friend, is the beginning of the end of any nation. You cannot multiply wealth by dividing it.

Experience: ***** (Five Stars) All dealers should treat you this well!
Found myself with a right rear axle seal leak in Nashville while traveling and towing our 25' Bigfoot 5500 lb travel trailer. After doing a Google search, with the luck of the draw, I called Victory Nissan in Shelbyville, Tennessee. They had the parts in stock, the service writer Dale McCall told me to bring it in the morning and they'd work me in. I got it to them at 8:30 AM and was back out the door by noon.
Their facility was new and clean, the technician was pleasant, professional, and thorough. It was covered under warranty. They gave me a courtesy ride to a local eatery (Midway Diner if you're in the area... Wow!) and back.
I couldn't have asked for a better dealership experience.

Purchased a 2005 KC Titan last week from a Nissan Dealer in CT. Before signing I noticed the airbag light would not stop flashing. The dealership discovered this was a recall issue but my VIN number was not on the list. They fixed it anyway and gave me a loaner (New Altima V6) for the day. Thought that was good of them.
