Dealer: Lakeside Nissan
Location: Leesburg Florida
Service Rep: Unknown
Exp: Excellent

This is a Family owned Dealership. They have always bent over backwards to service our truck. My wife drives the truck so she took it in for service. She had 2 girlfriends with her and it was lunch time, so Lakeside Nissan gave them a Nissan Max to "test Drive" to lunch. Well my wife comes back from lunch and picks up the truck and they charge her for the oil change and a few other things done to the truck. Well we had the perferred customer package on the Titan so there should be no charge. That night the owner of the dealership calls and explained the mix up ,our credit card had already been reimbursed. I can't say enough about this dealership. Mistakes are made but how many are taken care of by the Owner of a dealership.

I would not recommend buying anything from this dealer. No professionalism or customer service. I told the salesman before I purchased is there any defects, recalls, or drivability problmes with this first year truck? The sales rep said absolutly not, Nissan did their homework and the truck is 100% solid. The main reason why I asked is because my Tundra had the same brake problem and Peterson Toyota in Boise Idaho told me sorry out of warranty your SOL(after replacing rotors, drums, pads, calipers). I told them I was un-safe driving the vehicle after they worked on the brakes. They said sorry. What is the deal with these automotive manufactures not being able to build a truck that works correctly? Maybe I should look at the domestic trucks.

Home Dealer: Bay State Nissan, Springfield, MA

Service Advisor: Unknown

Service: Excellent

Brought vehicle in for trailer hitch and wiring and they rented me a car for the night.

Dealer for Rear Diff Problem: Nissan of Natick, Natick, MA

Service Advisor: Chris

Service: Good

Vehicle was towed in. Put in a rental right away and paid for towing with no questions asked. I asked if they could look at the power window problem, gas gauge problem, and a few other minor. They said no, since I already had my home dealer set-up to fix, I would have to wait to get my truck back and re-schedule the missed appointment with my home dealer. Nissan as a whole should be able to fix all problems at any dealership.

Second time's a charm.

Dealer/Location: Sheehy Nissan, Waldorf
Service Advisor: Dave West
Service Experience: Good

Went in for the brake TSB and the Low Pressure Sensor TSB, as well as a follow-up to my earlier Service Appointment, from August. I talked to Dave again, and he said the person in charge of ordering has been fired for not ordering parts as they were instructed. The CD changer and window switches were never ordered. He pulled through and ordered them for me. He was very polite and actually handled my appointment even though it was scheduled for someone else. I like to keep with one person so he knows where I'm coming from. Based on today's experience, I think I'll be sticking with Dave. I dropped off my truck a little late, but that was no problem. I dropped it off around 9 AM, picked up at 5:30 PM. Everything was done on time, and apparently they hired some new eye candy at the cashier's desk. Things are just getting better at Sheehy. I didn't need a rental since it was only a day worth of work and I have co-workers that are more than willing to pick me up. I'm not 21 so I didn't want to go through the Enterprise hassle anyways. I had to have my father come and sign for the vehicle last time I went to Enterprise.

One thing, just have to ask, again, what's the story around the POOTERPANTS, this wasn't something from your childhood past was it? HEHE
Glad you had a good service experience, it really sucks to have a crappie service dept.

The Daily Show with Jon Stewart. Got it from one of his episodes about 3 years back.

EDIT: What do you mean by again? Did you ask before and I missed it?

Metro Nissan- Riverside, CA
Service Mngr. Paul
Poor
Stained my seats when they Scotchgaurded them
Small dent from washing and detail guys lost the small corner dash rubber insert.
I ordered replacement glass for my tow package mirror and waited forever because they sold the first two that I ordered. They still don't have a part number for the lower mirror
2/28 Update
Went back at 10000 miles for 2nd brake job and a problem with the bed contacting/resting/slamming on top of the rear shackel. They told me it was from abuse and told me to contact my insurance co. They didn't rotate the tires like I requested or even bother to wash it and it was filthy from driving in the snow. I stopped at Nissan of San Bernardino on the way home. They said they will fix the problem and handle business. We'll see.

Excellent

They have always treated me well and taken care of everything without a problem.
-Front brakes TSB
-Replaced Steering wheel due to leather coloring coming off
-Driver side window molding
-Driver side lower seat cushon stitching coming unravelled

I noticed the paint on my rear end differential cover was blistered. They checked it out and the rear end had over heated severely. They ordered an entire new 05 to be replaced as soon as it comes in plus a free rental car while they do the repair.

Did they mention whether or not the fluid level was low?

I have been a long time customer of Grubbs. They will go the extra mile or two or hundred to satisfy the customer. Jeff is really easy to talk to and is really helpful. He's as knowledgable on the Titan as a service advisor can be. If he doesn't know, he WILL find out.
that is a beauty

They give me a loaner and when I come back to pick it up it is a cream color on the quater pannel and the rest of my truck is WHITE! they also busted the clip on my top black moulding on bed and left it for me to find after I got home and left a grey strip of primer all the way down the side of the bed!!
