Good Dealership

Peters Nissan in Nashua NH ROCKS! Ask for Steve and tell the Ron with the Deep Water Blue Titan sent them. These guys rock from sales to service, never a problem.

Basically, what I would like is the following in your reply:

Dealer/location: Gosch Nissan, Hemet CA
Service Advisor: Kevin (First names only please - If common like 'John' Last initial is fine).
Service Experience - Excellent (Good, Fair, Poor)

I believe this will help some of those that have not yet bought. Please limit it to the SERVICE of the vehicle. See the General Discussion area for the SALES post. If anyone wants specific or more info on a specific post in this thread please PM or e-mail that person directly. Thanks!

Gwinnett Place and Town Center Nissan both bad. No items fixed, everything is normal or my favorite "Nissan designed them that way."

Grubbs Nissan/ Bedford TX
Service Advisor - Jesse
Exp. - Poor

Did not or could not answer our questions. Did not follow Nissan's own guidelines for first service and rescheduled 2nd service sooner than recommended by Titan Service guide. (which was not stamped or signed)

Homer meet zrunnerz. Amazing how one experience can be so good and another so bad and at the same service department.

Dealer/Location: Mitchell Nissan, Enterprise AL
Service Advisor: Don't recall, but the parts department is excellent
Service Experience: Excellent, very helpful

Comments: I've only been in to order the trailor wiring adapter and to have the right front door panel replaced. They were very helpful, even when they had a hard time finding the part number for the adapter.

Note: I purchased my Titan online from **** Smith Nissan in Lexington, SC. It was a good sales experience, but I had difficulty contacting them post-sale.

Wink

Grubbs Nissan/ Bedford TX
Service Advisor - Jeff Norris
Exp. - Very Good

Bought my Titan in March 04.
I have worked with this dealership for 13years. Always professional and knowledgeable. Top-notch service staff. I've had minor problems that were promptly addressed and taken care of. Suspect I will keep going there for many years to come.

Grubbs Nissan - Bedford TX
Service - Poor ++

Their are 2 posts already for Grubbs, but my experience is more in line with Smoke's. After my experience I have to wonder if RedDevil works WITH or AT Grubbs?? Too many gripes to list. From now on, I'll drive the 50 miles back to my regular dealer.

Thx

Dealer: Mossy Nissan San Diego
Service Advisor: Javier
Service Overall Excellent
Purchased Vehicle On 19 June, they pulled it from a storage lot to give me the configuration I wanted. Found out it didn't have the Sliding extender but did have the divider. I was willing to swap it out but the sales manager just threw it in no charge.. Nice.
Took it in on Friday to get LO Jack, Detailing, Final Touch finishing, pick up missing key and reprogram, fix some nits and to pick up the extender. All went well. In addition the sales rep came to see me to be sure everything was done as expected.

Never worked for or provided services for Grubb's. However, I do understand new vehicle releases (first rollout). The constraint on new parts availability and minimal knowledge available (to the service advisors) on de-bugging is a set-back for all dealerships. I prefer to work with the dealership and allow them to perform to their best ability with these constraints. Grubbs has one of the nations highest rated technician staff and given the opportunity they will complete any service required to Nissan's highest standards. Hence my 13years of loyalty!

RedDevilTitan: I'm curious what you think of Don Davis service department. That's where I go for service. How do they stack up? Thx.
