ticking noise in rear
ive been having a problem with my titan when im coming to a stop or just going slow 15 mph and under there is a distinct ticking noise coming from the rear of the truck has anyone experienced this or know what it could be sounds like it could be from the rear diff or brake area

Re: ticking noise in rear
I have the same clicking ticking noise from the rear of the truck. Its sounds like it is coming from the rear passenger side. I have taken the tire off and checked everything and can not reproduce the noise while on a jack. Anyone have any ideas?

Re: ticking noise in rear
yep i forgot to post the solution.. it was the rear parking brakes shoes they were falling apart.. put new shoes in and all is well.
