Angry Power Steering Gone !!

Well, purchased a Titan SE Crew Cab 4x2, and two days aftering it home with less than 200 miles the power steering went to ****, talk about good old manual steering. So, right off the the dealer the I go with the truck. The service dept. wanted me to hang around just in cause there was no power steering fluid, the belt came loose, hoping it was something they could fix on the spot. Well, it surely wasn't going to be that easy.

So I head home and about 4 hours later I get a call from Nissan. Ready for this: the Rack & Pinion leaking due to internal failure / defect. And of course the dealership has no parts for the Titan because it's still so new they must order the parts. All that and 11 days later we got the truck back.

What!!! Man I am sorry to hear this I would be climbing the walls! Sounds like every problem down to brake pads need to be ordered! And 11 days! Sounds like you got it replaced with a brand new unit I hope this one is good for you. Not sure if you are planning any recourse I don't think so since you have it repaired and back in your possession. Take Care!!
