CV axel(s)

When i drive, about 50% of the time i hear a popping noise from the front of my truck. When i turn right it stops but when i go straight or turn left it keeps popping. I think it may be my CV axesl(s) but im not sure. Could there be anything else making this noise? And why would it only do it some of the time i drive and not all the time?

I keep hearing the same thing coming from mine (click click click). It seems like it is doing it and lower speeds. Is yours the same type of sound?

Sounds are hard to describe i would say more like popping but we might be hearing the same thing. And i can only really hear mine at low speeds too. I looked under my truck and pushed on the cv axels with a hammer and they seemed a little lose so im thinking thats what it is.

I had a pop/click sound from my front end and it turned out to be the front u-joint on the front drive shaft. Crawl under your truck and shake the drive shafts if there is movement you probably found your problem.
