Check your access cover after oil change

I had my first oil change done at the dealer, and as usual I always check a few things after. The access cover on the skid plate to get to the oil filter was loose. Two of the mounting screws weren't tightened down at all.
Better check yours after an oil change.

I also asked to have the front and rear differential fluid levels checked. The service advisor was hesitant, saying management doesn't like to do "silly stuff". Since it was Saturday and his manager wasn't there, he authorized it done. Said the levels were fine.

From the way they left your access panel, it might be a good idea for you to double check your axles yourself to confirm they ever did.

Time to find a new dealer. You should check all of the fluid levels at each oil change. Even JiffyLube does:
