Rust? etc..

Was installing my new seat covers,I opened the pass side KC door and there was rust on the back inside edge of the door!,right above the hinge.. .Drove to the dealer and showed it to Mr.service guy..Gonna drop it off on Monday for issues so far.

2.AC weak on really hot and humid days
3.Loud thump when i shift into rev or drive from park.
4.weird *** rubbing noise from the front end whenever i make a hard left.

This may not mean much, but the 02' Frontier I had before the Titan did the exact same thing when shifting from P to R. Did it from day one till day 670. Never had a problem with it. I notice the thump in the Titan too, but not nearly as pronounced so it has not concerned me.

Dealer Sez:
1.Did Confirm rust on inside edge of door. Will have to set up paint inspection w/Nissan to authorize repair?..authorize repair???WTF it's rust!!!.Was also told it can be a sometimes drawn out affair..Told em to get the ball rolling as I have plenty of time 96months to be exact..(blank stares and silence).gonna call me with an appointment...Cool..NP
2.Weak AC:Tech found np, cooling at 39-43 degrees while driving. Was really warm today I set it on Max/AC and it was COLD..so was prolly me not having it set right...
3.Thump while shifting from P to dr or Rev..Tech found no problems/was told it's normal driveline noise,,I asked to check out other Titans on Lot and got the same said'' thump..just a little disconcerting IMHO.
3.Rubbing noise:.Tech checked brakes NP found.
