Thumbs up minor problems

I have 6000 miles on my Titan. The water on the floor problem just occurred for the first time a week ago and has not happened since. The only other problems I have had are minor: a squeek in the middle of the dash behind the semicircle, a faint chirping sound coming from the right side of the engine compartment ( sounds like a small exhaust leak or just a small hole in the firewall that allows noise to come through), and about every 200 miles I get noise from behind the dash that sounds like a bad speedometer cable or maybe something with the ignition switch. I will attempt to fix these things myself. Anytime the dealer gets involved they end up scratching or breaking something else. I have owned three fords and two chevys, this truck has been far superior to them.

There is no speedometer cable in the Titan or most new cars that I know of.

James, I have that same middle dash squeak in my truck. Just seems to do it when I am driving around town, not on the expressway. It is driving me crazy!

Try putting a piece of felt or foam rubber between the front plastic panel where it contacts the plexiglass on the bottom right side, fixed my squeaking.
