I have been keeping tabs on the diferent problems that have arrisen with the Titan and I am noticing trends. What I would like to do is compare problems to build dates and see if there are any similarities. Example: Bed liner problems
If everybody who is having a bedliner problem had a truck that was made in February, then it would be safe to say that there is a relationship between these vehicles. If I was in the market for a Titan and it was made in February, then...
My truck was manufactured in May and is one of the first with the E-lockers. I am having none of the common problems that anyone is reporting so far. My truck is later production, Im wondering if they have been quietly fixing problems or if QA is getting beter. I have heard some simaler ideas stated and I want to see if it is really true.
This should be simple, build date and problem. If you dont know were your build date is, look at your drivers door sill.

This is a great idea, I have experience with recalls and alike and the manufactures use the Vin number to identify the affected units, i.e. my 2WD SE KC has a Vin of 4N537202 the last 8 digits of the Vin. I this will correlate to the build date. I did not purchase a certain truck because it has a Vin in the 4N52xxxx and it is still in stock it is old!!, one of the first ones built. To much of a gamble for me. I took a chance with 5300 Vin but so far so good.
- 6 CD in dash: volume mismatch with FM Stereo, some FM fade

Excelent,(not the problems) this is what I was talking about. As people start plugging in the information, we will begin to see some interesting trends.
So far, two trucks built in May with no problems.

The thing that I hate the most from Nissan is their dealers are brain-dead when it comes to repairing these defects. With new vehicles like ours, I expect them to phone or mail owners notices to have their vehicles serviced by the dealers for defects. I kinda wish they had built these vehicles in Japan. My '03 Pathfinder LE is much better built vehicle!
My Armada is much better than the competition, it's just that Nissan lowered their standards when they built these vehicles. They could have done this better.
I still love my Armada! I get compliments everywhere I go!
