Me and mcq fixed the dent in my tailgate!

Me and the boy took off the tailgate last night...., thanks to you guys here.......and we laid it down and gently tried to fill the dimple sized dent with factory touch-up paint. A couple drops into this process we noticed that the paint settled as a bubble and no matter how we tried to "pop" it with tooth picks, it wouldn't flatten out. As reality sunk in, we looked at each other, wrinkled our foreheads and decided to swab out the paint with the Q-tips we brought down just in case this happened, and removed the paint. It left just enough of a film to protect the dent from chipping, then we turned to plan II.
As a former youth football coach, I had a stash of helmet "atta-boy" decals. We found the skull and crss-bones, about the size of a half dollar, and placed it perfectly over the center of the dimple. Ah, technology!

I don't have a digital....

I'll have to get some done tho, I want to get that bad boy posted. I wish I had gotten the off-road even tho I don't go off-road. I now have to add the fog lights, and I wish I had the Ranchos.

Have you done your chores? Tell Ryan to close all the windows, it's warming up, ok?

Way to go Coach..now all you to do is get your Titan and hit the tackling dummies! Practice makes perfect..and before you know it that tailgate will be filled with atta boys!( When I played football we got the skull & crossbones for tackles and sacks)

Here I am! I'm guessing you don't live in SoCal. If the dent is small enough to be covered by a sticker, I should have no problem removing it without a trace... Trade ya for some of those stickers
