Well today I finally took the truck back to the dealer, I also needed to get two other spare keys that they owed me, Anyway they took the steering column apart and could not find the problem that is making move side to side. So they are going to replace the whole steering column. The dealer said that they are going to order it and it’s going to take up to two weeks, well see, what I have seen on this forum it well probably be more like two months. Also said it well take two days to install. Well at least they are going to give me a rental car.

Well the steering column came in and was replaced, it’s now tight and the why it should be. But as I’m driving away I notice that they but the steering wheel on crooked. So I go back And it takes about another hour the fix the steering wheel. Well the next day as I’m driving home from work I notice a grease mark on my headliner. So back to the dealer to clean that.

I'm glad your problem was resovled quickly. I've been leary of anyone claiming that it took their dealer an insane amount of time to get parts from Nissan. Either their claims are not true, or they have a terrible service department. My dealer had Nissan ship them an entire bed including all the trim pieces in less than 10 days.
