Impressive........
Just now got off the phone with Mr. Marzolff from Marzolff Nissan-Subaru in Pueblo, CO where I got my Titan. He heard through Nissan that I had some paint issues (from the survey they sent out) and called me out of the blue. He says he will get someone from Nissan to come out, look at the truck and get it resolved. Offered to drive 100 miles to pick it up, leave me with a loaner and drive it back upon resolution.
Anyone had a similar experience? Will let everyone know how it pans out. Couple of spots of something under the paint and a spot on the fuel door with no paint- can see only primer but small. |
