LOL, don't ask if you don't mean it.

Latest on the story, dealership says that Nissan support told them that they could not diagnose if it didn't exhibit the problem (it's started after it's flatbed ride 3 times). They cleared the codes and told me to pick up the truck on Friday afternoon w/ marching orders to bring it back in after 150 miles, the check engine light coming on, or needing a tow, whichever comes first.
It's been starting for me all weekend (fortunately), but after a trip to the grocery store on Friday nite, the slip and VDC Off lights came on. Stayed on until the truck was restarted when I got home.
Since the dealership on Friday has not officially "closed" the service ticket out, they are technically still on their 3rd repair attempt. I have an attorney chomping at the bit on this one. As soon as this ticket is closed out, the paperwork for that avenue gets faxed in before I even bother calling the tow truck. As a 2nd owner, GA lemon law doesn't cover me, but I've been assured that Magnusson-Moss will provide all the ammunition I need.
