Level from side to side

Looking at the back of my truck last night, I noticed that one side seemed to be lower than the other. I measured it and it was off by about 5/8 of an inch. Has anyone else experienced this or know what could cause it?

BTW it was parked on level concrete and the tire pressure was the same on all 4 tires.

If the driver' side is lower then the passanger's then perhaps is the gas tank level. Try and do a before and after measure with a full tank and a empty tank. After all, it is a 28 sized gallon tank so that makes one hell of a container = weight.
