In need of a direct line to some customer service other than Customer service line!!

I have several Issues with my Truck and after weeks and weeks of dealing with lackies i need some way of contacting some sort of Customer Service Supervisor. I have only dealt with Case managers who in my opinion really dont care, because if they did they would not let weeks go by with out contacting me . The only way i find out information is if i call and no one wil let me talk to there supervisors!!!!
I have been passed to 4 different Case Managers in 65 days, only to have my process start all over again.. Anyone have any Phone numbers i can call...please...
Keith

LOL you and everyone else that tries to call ANY companies customer service department. Good luck trying to find another way around it! I work in a support position for my companies customer service and know that people cherish a phone number to anyone within my company, regardless of whether they are in customer service. Unfortunately I have found, most companies customer service departments are like what you are going through. Sucks for those of us that have problems that need to be resolved.

My dealer's service manager talked with my Customer Care rep and came to the same conclusion I did "they are worthless". Keep working with your local dealer, Nissan Corp. will not take care of you.

Sorry, I have to disagree. I have had personal experiance with 5 1800Nissan1 reps. 3 were fantastic. 1 was Doing their job, and one sucked canal water.

If you don't like the person you are talking to, hang up! Try someone else. Every person is different, and where they are in their shift is different. Calling first thing in the morning helps also.

Not that easy. Once you get a case manager you are stuck. As soon as you get the file # you are stuck with the person who made it and changing it is not easy.
