Found source of water on driver's floorboard

I have found that the water on the driver's floorboard is coming from an unproperly welded and sealed body seam at the back of the cab under the lower driver's side corner of the rear glass. I took it to the dealer for the leak, a loose outside mirror, and the fuel filling problem and they told me that they were going to order the mirror, investigate the fueling problem, and send the truck to a professional body shop to have the body seam fixed. While the truck was there, they changed the rotors and pads on my brakes to ward off any problems from the brakes even though I have had no problems. At least they are willing to work with me seamlessly, so far. When I bring the truck back in, I will also get them to look at the driver's seat whose cushioning is deteriorating. But, still love the truck.
