I've had this problem looked at several times now and really no resolution yet only temp fixes. The dealer says this sound is coming from the weatherstripping. It looks like on the workorder that they relubed the weatherstripping. It fixed it for about a week. Now everytime it goes in they just want to relube the weatherstripping. I have never heard of weatherstripping needing to be lubricated every month. I have an F250 that has a 130k on it and I have never lubed the weatherstripping on it.
Have they come up with a fix for the brake judder? There is no way that I'm going to let them just turn the rotors and call it fixed. A truck with only 6500 miles shouldn't need a brake job yet. Are there revised parts?
