Speedo quits working

Well it's happend twice now, my speedometer will quits working. It wont move off of 0 until I reach about 40-45 mph then it will rise slowly to about 20mph, by this time I am doing about 70mph.(GPS tested) The only way to fix it is to pull over, shut the truck off for approx. 1 minute until you see the gauges go through their reset mode, then it works fine?? Anyone else have this experience.

The picture is me going to down I-17 at about 55mph.

I would take it in for service before I got a high priced Ticket.
