Interesting...

My noise goes away after I tap the window down a hair. Mine has been doing this since I installed my wade vent visors...

I'll try this too, but I figured I needed to add some felt to the top of the window, I just havent had time with moving switching jobs, buying a new house, closing, moving in, etc, etc, etc...

Plus I dont drive her much, so it hasnt been bothering me toooo bad, but I'll be off on a 1200 mile trip Friday at 0800...

EDIT: BTW, can everyone seem to "push" their windows down? I noticed this when I was cleaning them a couple of weeks ago, I didnt see just how far I could push them down, but I had them down to clean the tops, and noticed they would go down w/o much resistance...

I've got the exact same deal. If the window is not closed all the way, even just a touch down, no noise. Only when the window is closed tight.
Even with all the velcro, felt, dynamat, and tightened bolts, it still makes that creaking flexing noise. But not as much as before.

The only thing I haven't tried yet is to tighten up the bolts from body to frame. Not even sure where to look for this one.
