ok 2 phone calls later I now know the difference between the
WQ100 and WQ200... The 200 is the new part number and if you buy it from you dealer you are going to pay nearly 300.00 for it. Buy it from nissanpart4u.com and save yourself 100.00. I gotta call back the parts guy there in an hour to verify the whole deal so I will post that in a bit.
Ok just talked to Charlie the internet sales guy there and ordered the hitch for 218.05 shipped. He keeps them in stock. I will definately be using these folks for my parts from now on. That is unless they screw something up in my order lol...

Well the hitch came in on monday. I opened the box and everything was there, the instructions, 6 bolts, the hitch/adaptor, and 3 relays.
I installed it last night. Only thing I noticed is that they said they were 18mm bolts but they were actually 11/16 if i remember correctly. Also 101ft/lbs of tq can be a biotch to achieve while laying on a creaper lol.
I definately recommend getting parts from these guys.

18mm = .7086"
11/16 = .6875"
17mm = .6693
It was an 18mm bolt, the 11/16" wrench just happened to fit it better I assume. Not many new vehicles have ANY standard size fasteners on them, if they do, it's rare.
...and on a side note...
I wish our country would just switch to the metric system and be done with it, it's so much simpler.

Im not sure what the reason was but I started it off with an 18mm socket and it was fine till i put the torque wrench on it and it slipped off so I switched to a 11/16 socket and it worked like a charm.
