I feel your pain:

I bought my wife an Armada last year and two months later I went back and bought a Titan because I loved her Armada so much. Well, a year later and more than a half dozen issues later, I just picked up my new 2005 that the dealer REPLACED mine with! I had many of the same issues:

1. Squeaking gauge cover
2. Ticking in exhaust
3. Switches (all front seat automatic switches) malfunctioned
4. Loss of compression with exhaust issue
5. Squeaking seats (both front captain's chairs
6. Seat belt would stick when plugged into receiver
7. Dealer couldn't fix any of it right!

IT GENERALLY SOUNDED LIKE A 30 YEAR OLD JEEP when I drove it!
