Strange noise upon startup

has anyone ever heard a kinda of rattle noise upon startup, or when your in park and rev the truck over 1,500 rpm??....i tried one on the lot and it did the same thing almost sounds like a blow off valve, bearing style one. can someone try this and let me know???.......it only happens for about 1 second or so......sounds like a big rattle bug...LOL...tx humor

Sounds like your fan mouting is loose. Mine was loose and occasionally vibrated making it sound like a serious engine problem. Dealer made the fan secure and no more noises.

no i dont think thats the culprit....it only makes this noise when u release the pedal, almost like a purge vale, or blowoff valve, the sound only happenes when rev over 1,500 then u hear it when u let off the gas, you dont hear it when reving at all.

the strange thing is i only hear it when i rev (over1,500) then release the gas, but can someone try it and see if they get it?

I went to wally today and noticed that with a warm engine , when reved over 1,500 and pedal let off of, my truck still makes this sound. but sounds like its releasing pressure??
