My brake pedal sinks every once in a while but it still stops. I've had the new kit for almost 10K now.

Did you check out the new calipers in the front. If I'm not mistaken they are larger than the old ones. On my first "so called fix" at 3000 they put new calipers on--the same ones they took off, lot of good that did. Second fix only turned to rotors at 6000. When I got my final fix the tech told me they are a little bigger than the first set. But I've had them on for over 10K now, no problems not to mention I'm hard on the brakes (lead foot until I HAVE TO stop) and I've got 35"x12.5" tires and haven't had any problem yet (knock on wood).

MY first "judders" didn't happen until 34k miles. I schmoozed the service writer and got the upgrade immediatly, and the new brakes are the cats meow. They'll suck the moisture off your eyeballs....but the pedal will go to the floor and all kinds of weird noises come from under the dash during panic stops.

I'm finding this thread interesting... I have had some weird grinding/pedal pulses while I'm turning and braking when towing. Strange thing is that when I'm not towing, I don't experience the problems. Any ideas? Have similar things happend to anybody else? Oh, also I was having this problem before and after the brake fix, but it is getting worse.

I have heard a rather disconcerting noise in the past when braking on ice as the ABS kicks in.
