Weird door problems

OK I got home and was getting out of my truck, try to open the door and it wouldn't open. It's unlock but would not open, my son try from the outside, still souldn't open. I hit the lock/unlock button a few time but the thing does not jump or do anything. I started up the engine and hit the unlock again and now it unlock and I can open the door OK. Hope it's a one time fluke and not a problem.
