Hey, I haven't heard of this, but where was it cracked, how many miles on your truck, etc?
From what I've read about header installs, replacing the exhaust manifolds is a lot of work. Only car I ever broke an exhaust manifold on had a bad motor mount that let the motor move and hit either the frame or fenderwell. Probably not the case in your truck, but maybe worth checking out.
There have been a few Titans with cracked manifolds. Some owners that had the infamous "engine tick" were not able to fix the noise with a ground wire like most of us did. It ended up being a cracked manifold. Don't know if Nissan redesigned these or not.
I went through a set of manifolds on my '00 Tundra after only 15,000 miles. I put headers on before they cracked again.

I think my manifold maybe cracked as well. When you give it gas while in park you can hear a rattle at the peak rpm. My engine runs rough and will vibrate the whole truck after you let go of the gas. Also I can hear my truck whistle, even while idleing if I put my ear up to the grill. Also, the service engine light will flash for about a second when you give it gas! Anyone know the exact symtoms of a cracked one? ???????????????????????????????
Took it to the dealer and they said it's just the fuel injectors? I'm taking it to a muffler shop to get looked at, Free.
