SES Light Flashes

Well for some reason when I'm driving and speeding up my Service Engine Soon light will flash for less than a second. This happens like every few min but the SES never stays on, it will only flash for a second or less and then turn off. Anyone else know what's up with this? I'm worried about my engine, it ticks bad and when u rev it, the SES light will flash and then you will hear a rattle in the engine. I suspected a crack in the manifold but the dealership assures me that it's only the fuel injectors. I believe they really didn't look for anything on the manifold. Anyone else heard of the Service Engine Soon light flash occasionally like this?

A flashing MIL (check engine light, or service engine soon light) indicates a misfire condition.

Find somebody with an OBD2 scanner and you can pull the code - it'll tell you which cylinder is misfiring.
