Nissan Consumer Affairs

I emailed Nissan with my brake problem(fixed), Current problems are leaking transfer case, rattle in dashboard, loose drivers side window. They emailed me claiming a "specialist" will be in touch with me in the next two days.
Will see, im not real optimistic, i want a free rental until this truck is completely fixed!!!!
Will let you know what happens

Re: Nissan Consumer Affairs

I have three open issues with them in which after a few follow-ups they still have blown it off. I was disappointed to find Nissan outsourcing consumer affairs. They are currently out of India. I don't think they have the best lines of communication to Nissan for addressing advanced questions.

Re: Nissan Consumer Affairs

Keep us posted. Those freaking rattles are everywhere. I fix one, another one appears. I expect a little rattle off road and even a bump in the road due to all the plastic, but my radio won't even hide the dash rattles. Thanks!

yep I learned that recently over the last month and a half--after dealing with nissan , you dont get a statewide rep, until you get to the distict manager level
