On my Titan the rear wheels are toeing in really badly to where my right rear tire is wearing unevenly. Well I took it to a shop and they said my alightment was good and they didn't know what was causing my rear tires to toe in. What's up with this?? Could something but wrong with my axel or something? My rear tires toe in really badly.

A solid axle doesn't have any toe. If what you say were true, your diff would have seized up by now.
So your problem is from buring out when you take off or nailing it too much on when you pull out into traffic. 60% of the power goes to the right rear.

I have never burned out, I may get the occasional squeal when it rains or snows. What part of the truck is actually causing the tire to toe in??

Toe issues cause a feather wear pattern, why don't you take a good picture of your wear pattern and post it. A solid axle can only have toe issues if it was bent, and it could be bent slightly and have no real diff issues. Pretty weird to have a bent diff housing with out being in a traffic accident...
Here's a primer on wear patterns:

If the leaf springs are not lined up correctly this can cause a problem with wear patterns. In other words if one side of the axle is further foward than the other then you could have more than usuall wear.

You can clearly see how the rear tires toe in if you are looking from behind the truck. Do yall think the dealership will fix this? My axle shouldn't become bent no matter what, unless I was in an accident or towed over max load or something. I have never even towed or have had a huge load in the back.

Very doubtful you have toe in on both rear tires - although you could definitely have toe in on one tire. As Helinut1970 hinted at, when your axle is not exactly perpendicular to the truck, you get toe in on one side and toe out on the other side. That's called the thrust angle.
Can you post pictures of your tire wear?
Do you have any recent alignment specs you can post?

I had the tires rotated so I dunno which tires were on the back ones. Yeah I think I have a paper in my glove box from when they checked my alignment with a bunch of numbers. I will post it tomorrow.

Do you recall the wear pattern on the rear tires? One should've been more heavily worn on the inside tread blocks, the other on the outside.
