P1283 & P0430 - O2 sensor & Cat Error Code

Anyone gotten these error codes at the same time?

P1283 - A/F SEN1 (B2)
P0430 - TW CATALYST SYS-B2

This is my second replacement of A/F O2 sensor if indeed it is the problem. Dealer tech thinks it maybe the Cat on that side.

Anyone know if what brand of O2 we have?

I think our O2 sensors are made by Bosch.

A tech here in our shop just had a California Titan that had those codes. He took off the cat and found that the inside of it was completely melted away. Replaced the cat and all is good.

Update:
Well they replaced the A/F O2 and the cat code came back...so I have to wait on manifold and cat to come in via mail...

They replaced A/F O2 and exhaust and catalyst. With parts and labor it's $750...Yikes if you have to replace the cats!!! Mine covered under warranty.
